Join Chef Aarika Ortiz, former MasterChef contestant, for a hands-on evening of fresh pasta making at Alley Brews.
You’ll start with the dough — learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch before rolling, filling and shaping two classic styles of stuffed pasta.
On the menu:
Pumpkin Ravioli
Finished with a rich brown butter sage sauce
Lamb Tortellini
Served with classic marinara
Aarika will walk you through the techniques behind creating tender pasta dough, filling and shaping your pasta, and cooking it properly.
And because this is dinner, not homework, you’ll finish the night by sitting down and eating what you made.
Tickets start at $58. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
The Alley Brews bar will be open throughout the evening with house-brewed beer, craft cocktails, coffee and non-alcoholic options available for purchase.
