Learn how to make handmade orecchiette—those charming little pasta “ears”—in this immersive cooking class with Chef Joshua Elias. You’ll start with a traditional semolina dough, knead it by hand, roll it, and shape it into orecchiette before crafting a fresh tomato–basil–ricotta sauce. Simple ingredients, warm flavors, and a dish that feels straight out of Southern Italy.

The class is a relaxed Friday night outing—perfect for date night or a fun group activity. Limited to 25 seats. Hosted inside Alley Brews, a women-owned Tennyson Street brewery and all-day neighborhood hangout with craft beer, wine, cocktails, espresso drinks, cold brew, gluten-free beer, kombucha, and NA options. Our kitchen will be open with BBQ ramen, BBQ sliders, pretzels with beer cheese, and shareables.
