Turns out, making pierogi is almost as fun as eating them.
Flour-covered hands, homemade comfort food, and a locally brewed beer waiting when you're done. Not a bad Wednesday night.
We're teaming up with Chef Aarika for Pierogies on Tap, a hands-on pierogi-making class right here at Alley Brews in Denver.
You'll learn how to make pierogi from scratch, including rolling the dough, preparing two savory fillings, shaping, sealing, and cooking your creations.
Here's what's on the menu:
Three Cheese & Potato Pierogi
Kielbasa, Sauerkraut & Potato Pierogi
Roasted Garlic Sour Cream
Caraway Seed Butter Sauce
Never made pierogi before? Perfect. Chef Aarika will walk you through the process, and you'll get to eat what you make.
We'll have our locally brewed craft beer, cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase throughout the evening.
