Word Nerds at Alley Brews is hosted by Shut Up and Drink Events and focuses on fast-moving word games instead of traditional trivia. Each round brings a different challenge—definitions, wordplay, puzzles, and visual prompts designed to keep everyone thinking and talking.

Coffee, Food & Drinks at Alley Brews

Alley Brews serves coffee, espresso, and cold brew, plus all-day food and lunch-friendly options during events. Our menu centers on shareable, BBQ-inspired food, with smoked pork, brisket, and jackfruit appearing in rotating forms, alongside vegetarian-friendly options.

A full drink menu is available throughout the event, including beer and non-alcoholic options.

Many of our game nights can also be booked for private parties or group events, with the game and host set up for your gathering at Alley Brews.
