BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey | Ep. 1/4 + Discussion

  • Alley Brews Brewery & Coffee Shop 4342 Tennyson Street Denver, Colorado, 80212 United States (map)

Monday, September 14 · 7 PM

A powerful docuseries challenging silence, stigma, and misinformation around perimenopause.

This September, we’re bringing BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey to Alley Brews for four Monday nights of honest, educational conversation around perimenopause.

We’ll watch one episode together each week — and then keep talking.

Because a documentary this important shouldn’t end when the credits roll.

After each screening, women medical professionals will join us for an open discussion to add context, share their expertise, answer questions and continue the conversation around what we’ve just watched.

September 14: Episode 1 — (UN)BALANCED

The series begins as Jain monks Siddhali and Anubhuti enter perimenopause themselves and start searching for answers — only to encounter misinformation, uncertainty and contradictions around their care.

Joining our September 14 discussion:

Dr. Brieanna Seefeldt, DO
An osteopathic family physician whose work spans women’s health, preventive care and lifestyle medicine, with a direct-care approach built around autonomy, relationships and compassion.

Sonia Mookherjea, PA-C
A Physician Assistant specializing in hormone optimization and integrative medicine, bringing more than a decade of experience helping patients navigate hormones, symptoms and individualized care.

This isn’t a lecture, and you don’t need to come prepared with the “right” questions.

Come watch. Listen. Ask. Talk.

We’re incredibly excited to bring BALANCE — and the conversation it is helping open up — into our community.
